Brookville man charged with falsifying documents for financial gain

BROOKVILLE, Pa. -- A Brookville man has been accused of filing false documents with a business in order to receive payments.

Andrew Fitzsimmons, 39, has been charged with deceptive business practices, theft by deception and tampering with records.

Brookville police said Fitzsimmons submitted false documents to Plylers At Your Service from November to March.

Police said Fitzsimmons received more than $15,000.

Charges were filed at Judge Bazylak's office.
