INDIANA - A Westmont Hilltop graduate accused of homicide in the death of his fraternity brother at IUP had all charges dismissed.

According to a court order, charges of criminal homicide and aggravated assault were dismissed against 19-year-old Brady Distefano.

Distefano's attorney, Tom Dickey, argued that there was insufficient evidence to have the charges go to trial and a judge agreed.

Distefano was initially charged in February after police said that he and Caleb Zweig, 20, got into a fight.

Police said during that fight Distefano choked Zweig.

The Indiana County coroner ruled that Zweig died as a result of strangulation.
